- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan and crimp the edges.
- Whisk together corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips and pecan halves.
- Pour filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake 50–55 minutes, until the center is just set (it will firm up as it cools). Cover the crust edges with foil if they brown too quickly.
